I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience.

Together, we work on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing practical tools to manage stress, relationships, and life transitions. I aim to support both insight and action, helping clients feel more connected to themselves and empowered in their daily lives.
