My approach is relational, the relationship itself is the mechanism, not a delivery system for techniques. I draw from parts work, attachment theory, self-compassion, polyvagal practices, and EMDR, choosing what's clinically indicated. I take your experience seriously, sit with what's actually happening, and trust depth and real conversation to do the work.

Together we will slow down enough to clearly see the patterns that have been running the show, the parts of you that have been holding too much, the weight you've been carrying without anyone naming it. We will look honestly at what's happening, and find what changes things in a way that is value aligned and sustainable.

My clients would describe me as warm, funny, and accepting. Someone they can be a real person with, who laughs easily, who sees them as they are, and who holds them with compassion even when they aren't quite there themselves.
