Something to know about my approach is that I want you to feel comfortable being honest and showing up as you are. You don’t have to find the “right” words or worry about being judged. I bring warmth, curiosity, and empathy into our work and draw from CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Together we will make space for whatever you’re experiencing, without judgment. We’ll work collaboratively to better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns, while finding tools and perspectives that feel helpful and realistic for you. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, curious, and easy to talk to. I care about creating a space where people feel genuinely heard and comfortable being themselves, even when talking about things that are difficult or hard to put into words.

I specialize in working with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or like they’re carrying more than they know how to handle on their own. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief, perfectionism, loneliness, eating concerns, and communication challenges.
