I create a safe space for you to slow down and explore deeper, focus on areas of healing, and achieve the goals toward growth. Together, we look at the past and your experiences, and plan for the future and changes you like to make to feel more confidence and connected to yourself.

Grow and build on strengths. You will be in the driver seat and I'll gently help you to arrive to your destination. On the journey of life, rest stops help us reflect on our needs, so that we are stronger getting back on the road. The road may have unexpected challenges, and together we learn what is needed to survive, thrive and enjoy the ride.

Authentic, warm, supportive, genuine, and easy to connect with. Open-mindedness, empathy and empowerment are my therapeutic guiding principles. I heard my calm presence allows my clients to feel safe and heard.

I believe in the healing that can happen through a therapeutic connection. I believe our bodies and minds are interconnected and healing one, can help the other parts. Everyone deserves to have access to mental health and I am here to support POC and those needing affordable access to mental health.

I see each person and relationship with an awareness of their cultural background and personal history. I’m attentive to how forces like racism and societal expectations shape your experiences, and I offer space to explore their impact with care and empathy.
