Warm, intuitive, and deeply understanding. Many clients say I have “big sister energy” because I notice what’s unspoken, help make sense of overwhelming emotions, and create a space where they feel safe to be fully themselves without feeling judged, dismissed, or “too much.”

Feel everything deeply, overthink constantly, struggle to feel understood, or feel emotionally overwhelmed by the world around them. I especially enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), Gen Z teens and young adults, and neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD.

I’ve always been deeply drawn to understanding people: what they feel beneath the surface, how relationships shape us, and why some people experience the world so intensely. Over time, I realized my own sensitivity and emotional awareness could become a strength in helping others feel truly seen and understood.

As both a therapist and a Highly Sensitive Person myself, I understand what it’s like to feel deeply in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. I offer therapy in-person in Newport Beach and virtually across California, with evening and weekend availability to help make support more accessible.
