I specialize in supporting people through their reproductive health journeys – like dealing with fertility, adoption, pregnancy ups and downs, pregnancy or infant loss, trying to conceive, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I also work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional neglect in childhood.

I became a therapist after personal exploration and seeing therapy's impact on my own life. My goal is to create a safe space so clients never feel alone in their struggles. It's my way of giving back to the community, helping people find strength and well-being.
