My creativity counseling practice focuses on helping blocked and unsatisfied artists (or soon-to-be artists) revitalize their creativity via a unique blend of talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, and creativity coaching.

Together we'll build a strong, fertile foundation of wellness from which you can flourish as an artist. We'll use creative activities in and out of session and intuitive practices like tarot & dreamwork to deeply connect with your unconscious.

I'm not sure how my clients describe me, but my aim is to be warm, caring, supportive, genuine, silly, creative, playful, thoughtful, & dedicated.

I specialize in working with people who are feeling disconnected from the creative spark and artistic potential they once felt, who struggle to prioritize themselves and their art, and who struggle with self-doubt and fear of failure.
