With over a decade of frontline healthcare experience, I understand how anxiety, burnout, caregiving, chronic illness, and grief can affect daily life. I have a unique understanding of the challenges healthcare professionals face. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My clients would likely describe me as warm, direct, and inquisitive. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where people feel genuinely understood and supported, while also being direct when needed to help identify patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety and burnout. Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, caregivers, or individuals navigating chronic illness, health-related concerns, or life transitions who want to feel more grounded, present, and in control of their lives.

I became an LCSW after seeing firsthand the meaningful support social workers provided to my grandmother and our family while she was receiving hospice care. That experience inspired me to help people navigate difficult life circumstances, including illness, caregiver strain, burnout, grief, and other challenges, with greater support and understanding.

Before starting my practice, I worked in various healthcare organizations supporting individuals facing serious illness and other life challenges. I offer virtual therapy to adults across California and strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns and working toward meaningful change.
