My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I specialize in working with college-age women (18-21). In session, we explore the deeper patterns behind anxiety, relationships, and self-doubt while also building practical tools for daily life. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

Together we will make sense of what you’re feeling, understand the “why” behind repeating patterns, and find more aligned ways forward. We’ll build self-trust, emotional clarity, and coping skills so you feel more grounded, confident, and able to navigate relationships, transitions, and decisions with greater ease.

My clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Sessions feel conversational, supportive, and grounding, with room for both deeper exploration and practical guidance.

I specialize in working with young women navigating anxiety, identity questions, academic pressure, relationship challenges, and early adulthood transitions. Many feel like overthinkers, perfectionists, or “late bloomers” who want to better understand themselves and feel more confident in who they are.

My own transformative experience in therapy inspired me to understand how meaningful change happens and to help others experience that same sense of insight, relief, and self-love.

My work blends psychodynamic depth therapy with practical coping tools. For clients who are interested, we may incorporate creativity or dream exploration to access deeper insight. Sessions are collaborative and paced to you, with the goal of creating both understanding and real-life change.
