I provide a warm, playful, comforting, inspiring, and educational space for you to learn about yourself, the creative process, and helpful coping tools for building holistic wellness.

Together we'll build confidence, self-love, and the ability to set boundaries and prioritize self-care. Combining gentle therapy for mild anxiety, depression, and stress, with active and focused creativity coaching techniques, we take steps each session toward building creative flow, finding purpose, and reconnecting with what makes you feel alive.
