I work with clients who feel stressed and unappreciated for everything they do. Those who put everyone else's needs above their own and look like they are "fine" on the outside, but are struggling to get their own needs met and be happy. Those who maintain daily life, but need some extra support to deal with life stressors and feeling whole.

I have 15 years of experience, both with clients and in leadership. I work as a clinical supervisor for a large community based organization and started private practice on the side because I love working with people!
