My clinical approach integrates Humanistic therapy modalities such as narrative, attachment work, nonviolent communication, identity awareness, and psychoeducation to help clients find their voice, autonomy, esteem, and capacity for joy. I utilize a wide breadth of creative techniques and therapeutic tools to ensure each session is enjoyable and informative.

I use my affirming, uniquely eclectic therapeutic style to aid clients in the long-term changes they seek. My therapeutic skills center on compassionate, evidence-informed, social justice-oriented care. My goal is to create safe, collaborative, validating spaces—especially for those navigating gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous identities.

I am a Humanistic therapist who leads with empathy and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, co-transition support, non-monogamy, GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity), parasociality, and more. I have extensive continuing education in trauma-informed care, marginalized community resilience, inclusive sex therapy, and trans / nonbinary wellness.
