Sessions aren’t just talking—they’re practicing. We might try new ways of speaking, explore boundaries, or role-play tough conversations. It can feel uncomfortable but also bring laughter. Healing holds both hard and light. You decide what’s safe to explore, and I’ll support you in reconnecting with your body, voice, and safety at your pace.

I became a therapist after healing with a safe, non-judgmental therapist. Learning to listen to my body helped me find answers within and brought deep growth and self-compassion.
