My approach is client-focused, meeting individuals exactly where they are in the moment, whether that involves shared laughter or a quiet space for reflection. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques that meet my clients specific needs.

You will always be in charge of the each session as your needs and capacity may vary from moment to moment. When you are ready, we can talk about your anxiety, addiction, sadness, guilt, trauma, loss, or whatever is impacting your happiness.

In addition to working with teenagers whom I have had many years experience working with as an educator, I have experience working with young adults as they face the transitions life puts in front of them. I have worked with older adults as well.
