My primary interest in therapy is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment which gives an opportunity to explore one’s thoughts and feelings. I use empathy to appreciate the value that one feels within themselves.

My clients describe me as compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. They value my thoughtful insights, patience, and ability to guide them toward clarity, growth, and meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.

My specialties include populations of teens, young adults, substance abuse clients, individuals with physical disabilities, males, as well as clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and self-image issues. I am passionate about supporting clients that are going through life adjustments or having struggles with identity.

I became a therapist because I am deeply passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and supported, and I am committed to guiding people toward healing, growth, and a more meaningful, fulfilling life.

I am currently attending Pacific Oaks College for a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, transitioning from my previous experience as a Chemical Engineer.
