Jess Judkins

I work within the frameworks of internal family systems (IFS) and EMDR. I believe that psychotherapy alone can limited when it comes to healing. I work in collaboration with you, which may include psycho education, groups and outside resources. What I have is a genuine interest in understanding you, so I can work with you to find solutions.

We will work together to hold wounded parts of self. By connecting with your heart and body, we can create space to begin to understand, to strengthen and build confidence from within. Accessing wellness by acknowledging the impact and actively rebuilding a sense of safety, trust, and purpose.

My therapeutic style is warm, attentive, and non-judgmental. I utilize a variety of modalities within your comfort level. Sometimes I ask hard questions that can promote a new outlook. I ask questions based on logic, patterns, and recurring themes of inaction. I hope to be able to be a witness to your transformation and growth!
