I believe therapy should be something you experience, not just something you talk about. While insight matters, lasting change comes from actually trying new ways of responding, connecting, and showing up in real time. I work collaboratively with clients to increase insight, build emotional regulation, and support meaningful change.

I specialize in working with people who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ or often feel misunderstood in traditional environments. I also enjoy working with people who are deeply feeling and reflective, but struggle to express themselves. I also work with people who feel stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
