I specialize in working with people who need support in postpartum, parenting, parenting children with ODD, marriage/couples, grief, life transitions, school issues, depression, and anxiety.

I became a therapist because I know personally what it feels like to walk through difficult seasons while holding onto hope for something better. My own journey has shown me that our past does not have to define our future. I believe healing and change are possible, and even our hardest chapters can become part of a beautiful testimony.
