My approach is to create a warm, secure environment where you feel safe to explore experiences that have shaped you, as well as challenges you may currently be facing. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and meaningful growth at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, and develop healthy coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in building self-awareness, confidence, and resilience while honoring your unique experiences and pace.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgmental. They appreciate that I create a safe space where they feel heard, respected, and supported while working through challenges and personal growth.

I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy in my practice.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, understand themselves more deeply, and build the confidence and resilience needed to create meaningful change.

I am pursuing my master’s in Couple and Family Therapy at Alliant University. I hold a bachelor’s in Fine Art from the School of Visual Arts and a master’s in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Storytelling, healing narratives, and creativity inspire my work in and beyond therapy.
