I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, believing you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to understand what feels helpful and meaningful to you. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT to support your strengths and goals, while creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are.

Together we will explore what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and create meaningful steps toward change. My goal is to make this process as comfortable and supportive as possible, so you can heal at your own pace, breathe a little easier, and move toward feeling the way you truly want to feel.

My clients describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel truly heard, respected, and supported in our work together. They appreciate my calm presence, thoughtful questions, and ability to gently challenge them while helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered.

I specialize in working with teens and adults from all backgrounds and feel honored to support each client’s unique journey. I’m especially passionate about helping those experiencing OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, boundary setting or people pleasing patterns, academic stress, life transitions, relationship, and family conflict.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University and am currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling at UMass Global. Outside of work, I’m usually cuddled up with my rescue dog, watching Survivor, or unwinding with a paint-by-numbers kit.
