I work with individuals of all ages, including children, teens, adults, single parents, couples, and families, to help them navigate various challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, life changes, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD, and autism.

I became a therapist because my own journey showed me how powerful support, understanding, and connection can be. It has given me insight into working with children, families, and diverse populations and the beauty each person brings. Being Thai and fluent in Lao, I understand the complexities of identity, cultural expectations, and family dynamics.

As a Marriage and Therapy at National University, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my background as a substitute special education teacher.
