I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating the impact of stress/anxiety, adjustment challenges, communication difficulties, and relationship conflicts. I support individuals experiencing burnout, depression, substance use, or the effects of trauma. I have specialized experience working with foster youth and military families.

As a military dependent, I witnessed how the accumulation of unresolved stress/anxiety, depression, and trauma affected both adolescents, adults, and families as a whole. It wanted to help create more spaces individuals can feel comfortable and safe in sharing and working through difficult emotions and experiences.
