My goal is to support you in responding to challenges with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance and resilience.

I specialize in working with adults, teens, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. Many are navigating life transitions or feeling stuck. I provide an inclusive, affirming space where clients from diverse backgrounds feel safe, supported, and free to be their full selves.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly seen and heard. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, heal from painful experiences, and build more fulfilling lives. It is deeply meaningful to support others as they reconnect with their strengths and create lasting change.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California and received my graduate training in marriage and family therapy from California Polytechnic State University. I value curiosity, authenticity, and compassion, both in my work and in my own life.
