I have an eclectic style that is tailor-made to fit each client needs. I always try to provide some immediate relief for current problems with coping skills and problem solving strategies along with exploring ones past for generational patterns.

Together, I walk side by side with my clients in order to help them grow, move past or manage their struggles. My clients develop better coping skills, a more fulfilling life, and have more meaningful relationships. I am also trained in EMDR.

I have a passion to help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, codependence, grief, and relationship issues. My other strengths include: work problems, family problems, self-esteem issues, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and childhood issues.
