Through my own healing journey & turning inward, I realized that living authentically meant sharing the tools & approaches I learned with others.

I am trauma-informed and holistically minded. I use evidence-based tools, but also integrate other practices such as EFT/tapping, yoga asana & breath work, oracle & tarot cards, creating ritual & ceremony, dream work, hypnosis & meditation.

My office is centrally located in Laguna Beach 1 block from Heisler Park. Walk & talk sessions available upon request.
