My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Therapy works best as a partnership—we explore patterns and develop new ways forward together.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported as you move toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being—at a pace that feels right for you.

My clients describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to, while also being honest and direct. They appreciate that I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge them when needed. Many share that they feel both supported and empowered in our work together.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples 16+, helping them strengthen emotional well-being and relationships. I’m especially passionate about supporting parents of children with special needs. My focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and mood disorders, fostering insight, communication, and healthier connections.

I became a therapist because I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly understood and supported. I’ve always been drawn to helping others make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and create healthier patterns. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and move toward more fulfilling lives.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a dual track in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC) at National University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
