Laura Elena Flores

Hi, I’m Laura Elena Flores, a bilingual Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Find Your Balance Center for Growth & Change. I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth.

My goal is to create a compassionate,non-judgmental,and collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions.I use a culturally sensitive,client-centered approach that combines empathy,collaboration,and evidence-based interventions to help each person build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

I may be a good fit for clients who are feeling overwhelmed, going through a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, or wanting to better understand themselves. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, listening to music, and practicing meditation and yoga as part of my own self-care.
