Laura Thomas

Hi, I'm Laura Thomas, and I’m a licensed therapist that knows how difficult it is to get into therapy, and how isolating it can feel when we are stuck with seemingly nowhere to turn. As a therapist who has also been in therapy before, I also know how important it is to ensure you feel comfortable in the process.

I utilize a Humanistic lens alongside attachment, integrating clinical approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT (among others) to help create the best treatment plan for the client.

I provide a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach for you to navigate the space and your clinical needs, and believe fostering therapeutic relationship is the most important. I am honored to be there to walk alongside you and facilitate your journey!
