Together we will identify the patterns driving stress, disconnection, or repeated arguments, and work on shifting how you respond in the moments they show up. We will focus on increasing emotional awareness, improving communication, and building more clarity, stability, and connection in your life and relationships.

I specialize in working with couples and high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Many of my clients are navigating ongoing relationship tension, communication breakdowns, parenting stress, or a sense of growing apart despite wanting to feel close again.

I became a therapist because I’m interested in how people change patterns that feel deeply ingrained—especially in relationships and during stressful life transitions. I wanted to help people move out of cycles that keep them stuck and toward relationships and lives that feel more connected and aligned with what matters to them.

My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and practical support. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman approaches, and emotion-focused strategies to help clients understand their patterns and build more flexibility in how they respond to stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I work with both individuals and couples.
