Something to know about my approach is:

Most of us didn't grow up in perfect families or a perfect culture & it has lasting impacts. In my clients, it often presents as perfectionism which can be an exhausting place to live in every day. Clients feel burnt-out, irritable, lonely & anxious.

Work on unpacking your childhood, family, culture, education, relationships, friendships, inner dialogue & begin to explore. Where do you want to be & how do you get there? What are we doing in session to help you feel more grounded, safe, & seen?

I specialize relational/family therapy & provide evidence-based care to help people find themselves & one another. I provide feminist LGBTQIA+ affirming & celebrating care that is a healing, empowering way of looking at the world for everyone!

I became a therapist because:

I love to ask & sit with the big questions. I love connection & see how often loving people are missing one another in their attempts to connect.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Therapy is political. Identity, race, gender, experiences of oppression etc are all taken into account and explored. You deserve to be fully seen.

I am a feminist Narrative therapist who is trained to use an array of powerful interventions. We will start with coping to create a solid foundation. Then we delve into childhood, culture, society & begin to choose what to leave, take & to transform.
