Hi, I’m Lizbeth Diaz, an ACSW, I am passionate about supporting children, youth, and families in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and resilience. My background includes working in both educational and therapeutic settings as a school-based social worker, where I’ve had the privilege of helping clients strengthen coping skills.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to serve families in a culturally responsive way, ensuring that language is never a barrier to care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing to create a supportive, collaborative space that meets each person where they are.

My goal is to honor each client’s unique story while guiding them with tools and strategies that encourage self-awareness, resilience, and lasting positive change. It is deeply meaningful to me to be part of each client’s journey, and I approach this work with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
