I support individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, fear of the unknown, regret, guilt, and shame. I also help clients build self-esteem, boost confidence, explore identity, navigate life transitions, and make meaningful choices, all in a supportive space focused on growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and the resilience that emerges even in the most difficult moments. Being a therapist allows me to create a space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can truly take place.

I enjoy watching drama television shows and spending quality time with my family. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services (B.S. in CHHS) from California State University, Monterey Bay, and my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice from Walden University.
