I don’t believe therapy should feel like talking into a void while someone nods back at you. I’m engaged, curious, and very much myself in the room. We’ll make space for the hard stuff, but there’s also room for humor, honesty, and the very human moments in between.

Together we’ll make sense of the gap between how capable you know you are and how overwhelmed you often feel. We’ll work on the anxiety, executive functioning, self-doubt, and expectations that keep you stuck, while finding strategies that actually make sense for the way your brain works.

My clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I’m not afraid to laugh with you, gently call you out, or tell you what I’m noticing. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I also won’t just nod along - I’m an active therapist who wants you to leave with something to think about or try.

I specialize in working with people who are anxious, neurodivergent, high-achieving, or some combination of the three. They’re often the ones who look capable and put-together on the outside, while silently feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in their heads, or wondering why everyday life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by why we are the way we are. I love getting to know the person underneath the coping, expectations, and roles they’ve learned to play, and helping people understand themselves in a way that feels relieving rather than like one more thing they need to fix.
