My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational — I integrate a trauma-informed lens with attachment theory, EMDR, structural dissociation theory, and other evidence-based approaches to support individuals in gently exploring limiting beliefs, fostering deep emotional healing, and expanding a sense of steadiness within.

The therapy space is an opportunity to slow down and gently explore the context of what feels heavy or conflicting within, while building the tools to move through life with greater clarity and acceptance. We will work together to understand the context of your experiences, cultivate deeper self-trust, and gently explore what lies beneath the surface.

I work with adolescents and adults who bring diverse, intersecting identities into the therapy space, often in search of greater clarity around their lived experiences. Many of the clients are deeply sensitive and emotionally attuned, yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves in ways that can be difficult to name.​
