Operating from a non-pathologizing lens, I move past rigid templates and passive head-nodding to unpack personal meaning. Together we will navigate complex life transitions and untangle relational distress to bridge the gap between where you are and where you aim to be. Our collaborative work uses an out-of-the-box, 'Venn diagram' lens to accept difference—whether exploring an ATCK/cross-cultural background, a unique neurotype, or seeking to be fully seen and deeply understood.

I work extensively with individuals processing deep grief, as well as neurodivergent adults, their partners, and couples untangling neurodiverse relationship dynamics.

...I have known from a young age that this is what I was meant to do. I knew early on that people are deeply complex, not binary, and I cared intensely about understanding others and the world. After decades of hard work in intense frontline environments, I wanted to provide an independent, human space where you can be fully seen and deeply understood.

I limit my practice size to ensure you receive my highest clinical focus. I practice in unpretentious clothes against a blank wall—stripping away stuffy masks to focus entirely on your world. I require a weekly commitment because consistent, deep work is what creates true, lasting change. To protect your privacy, I never use AI or cloud storage for notes.
