I utilize talk therapy through a depth psychological lens, meaning both the conscious and subconscious aspects of your understanding, and mental health are addressed using metaphor, education, and mindfulness exercises to develop self-awareness.

In session themes of what is meaningful, social stressors, relationship difficulties, anxiety management, depression, grief, addiction, sexual identity, existential crises, feelings of oppression, sexual affirmation, self-awareness, are common.

I work with couples, depression, anxiety, existential crises, shadow work, underrepresented populations, ADD/ADHD, grief management, aging, illness, trauma, lgbtq, and an understanding of your subconscious and how to integrate it in your life.

I worked long and hard to understand and overcome hardships in my own life, and desire to use my experiences and knowledge to help others do the same.

I use somatic mindfulness, EMDR, DBT, and depth psychology. With these practices we use talk therapy, mindfulness, metaphor, creativity, education, and your personal understanding to develop coping mechanisms, communication skills and self-awareness.
