Something to know about my approach is that I take a sex-positive, trauma-informed stance. I aim to create a space where curiosity can replace shame, and where all parts of your identity and experience are met with respect. Particularly when past experiences have made these areas feel complicated or unsafe.

Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space to reflect, make sense of your experiences, and identify what feels most important to address.

Clients describe me as calm, patient, and nonjudgmental, and often note that I create a space where they feel safe to move at their own pace.
