My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the willingness to honor each person's wonderful complexity. I care about creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be as you are, sit with the ways you have learned to protect yourself from pain and hurt, and gently turn toward what has been difficult, allowing it to be felt and witnessed.

Together we will nurture your relationship with yourself and the world around you. We'll understand the wisdom in their embodied experience, emotions, desires, and reactions, so you can honor what you long for and need. We will embrace your humanity, while releasing the grip of shame, and empower you to love and trust yourself more deeply and fiercely.

I'm a first-generation, neurodivergent, queer, bi-racial Filipino American woman who cares about social justice and passionately brings these values to therapy. I feel passionate about therapy that tends to the heart and soul. And while I love exploring the emotional depths and shadows, I also welcome joy and playfulness, celebrating every win along the way!
