I believe therapy works best when it combines compassion with honesty. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, but I also help clients identify patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. My goal is not only to help clients feel better, but also to help them create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Together, we will explore the challenges that are causing distress in your life, whether they involve anxiety, depression, relationships, family stress, work, or life transitions. We will identify patterns that may be contributing to these difficulties, develop practical solutions, and work toward creating healthier thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

They appreciate that I create a space where they feel heard and understood while being challenged to examine the thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to their struggles. I strive to balance empathy with accountability so clients can make meaningful progress toward goals.
