I specialize is treating pregnant women and new moms who are feeling overwhelmed, unsupported and disconnected. My clients often take care of everyone else at the expense of their own needs. I help moms work through any "scary thought" they have.

I became a therapist because:

I decided to concentrate on perinatal health because of the lived experience I had with the challenges of new motherhood and a traumatic childbirth.
