My approach to therapy is relational and compassionate. I believe healing happens through connection—by gently exploring the patterns that show up in your relationships, with food, and within yourself, we can move toward greater trust, balance, and a softer way of being with yourself and others.

Together we will create a space where you can be curious about your experiences, understand the patterns that shape them, and practice new ways of relating—with yourself, your body, and the people who matter most.
