I specialize in working with issues around trauma, grief, mood disorders, family conflict and intergenerational trauma, substance abuse, gender and sexuality, spirituality, anxiety/OCD, polyamory, and major life transitions.

My hope is to create a collaborative, safe, and comfortable space for clients to be themselves while exploring presenting issues.

I am creative, patient, and down to earth. I am passionate about my role due to my deep and personal understanding of the complexities of individual mental health issues.

My work focuses on targeting maladaptive behaviors, and their underlying core beliefs to assist clients in making lasting changes in their lives.
