Therapy with me is a co-created journey where you're the expert on your life. We'll explore the stories, beliefs, and patterns shaping your experience and imagine new ways of living and relating. I support clients navigating relationships, stress, identity, trauma, and transitions, with care, curiosity, and a focus on connection and freedom.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore the patterns, pain, and possibilities in your life.
