My approach to therapy is simple: I meet you where you are. Some days that may mean processing difficult emotions and other days it may mean learning new skills or celebrating the progress you've made. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture.

There's no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll also talk about your goals, answer any questions you have about the therapy process and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. Above all, I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My clients would describe me as warm, down to earth, supportive and easy to talk to. I’ll listen without judgment, celebrate your wins and ask the questions that make you think a little deeper. There’s room for laughter, honesty, accountability and real conversations in my sessions. Most importantly, you can show up as you are.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions or simply feeling stuck. You may be an overthinker, the one who holds everything together, or someone ready to better understand yourself, break old patterns and make meaningful changes in your life.

I became a therapist because I genuinely believe people deserve a space where they can feel heard, understood and supported without judgment. I love helping people make sense of what they’re feeling, recognize their strengths and realize they don’t have to have everything figured out to start moving forward.
