I am a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) certified therapist in which I help clients combat loneliness, emotional dysregulation, and other challenges that are so common in this time of economic and social uncertainty.

My goal is to provide you with tools that are effective and assist in increasing insight and awareness. By partnering together, I will teach you skills to implement in order to improve yourself and build a life worth living.
