I’ve been through tough stuff myself, and I know what it’s like to feel lost or stuck and not want to talk about it. Therapy helped me turn things around, and now I want to give other guys the chance to do the same without the pressure or the stigma.

I enjoy going to sporting events, traveling to see family, and going for long walks with my wife and dogs.
