I view therapy as a collaborative, client-led process. The goal is to give you a space where you can safely look at what needs attention, challenge yourself when necessary, and grow on your own terms. Whether you are feel completely lost, or are simply trying to understand a specific part of yourself, my style is active, engaged, and practical.

Therapy with me is active and conversational. My approach is collaborative and client-led. The purpose of therapy is to have an affirming place to safely challenge yourself to grow in ways that are defined and determined by you, or to explore (and celebrate) aspects of yourself or your experience that you feel need attention.

My clients describe me as warm, collaborative, and kind. You know yourself and your story better than anyone else. My role is to bring clinical structure, practical tools, and encouragement to help you figure out what, if any, changes you want to make and the next steps on your journey.
