My approach is trauma focused, warm, and deeply relational. I offer online therapy for adults in California using trauma-informed therapy to help you heal from trauma, religious harm, and relationship wounds. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space so you can feel supported, trust yourself, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.

Together we will create a safe space for trauma therapy where you can heal from religious trauma, childhood wounds, and relationship pain. We will gently process the past, calm your nervous system, rebuild self trust, and help you feel grounded, connected, and more like yourself again.
