My hope is to provide a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Together, we'll navigate both the difficult and hopeful moments with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change is possible. I strive to create a genuine, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Together, we’ll make sense of patterns that keep us feeling in a loop and build practical tools you can actually use in daily life and talk about what works and doesn’t work. I focus on real change—not just insight—so you leave sessions feeling more grounded, confident, and better equipped to handle your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Thoughtful, grounded, and straightforward in a caring way. Clients often say they feel truly understood while also being gently challenged to grow. I create a space where you can be honest, slow things down, and work through what’s not working—without feeling judged or overwhelmed.

Feel stuck in overthinking, anxiety, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are women trying to “do it all,” but still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or not good enough. I also support clients navigating life transitions, pregnancy/postpartum changes, and patterns like people-pleasing or self-doubt.

I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel understood during difficult moments. I believe being truly seen and supported can be the starting point for real change. It’s meaningful to help people make sense of what they’re going through and begin to feel more like themselves again.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you understand yourself in a way that creates real change. Reaching out can feel like a lot, but it’s often the first step toward feeling lighter and more in control. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
