I work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger management, couples’ conflict, and life stressors. My interests include children, teens, individuals, couples, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, self-esteem, and relationships. I use Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and Motivational Interviewing to foster lasting change.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people overcome challenges and discover their inner strength.
