My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from narrative, relational, and expressive approaches to help you explore the stories shaping your experience, make room for difficult emotions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Together, we will slow things down, get curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and make space for the parts of your story that may be difficult to hold alone. We will notice patterns, explore new possibilities, and build ways of moving through life that feel more connected to who you are and what matters to you.
